Bill Maher Parodies Alabama Attack Ads

I thought this was a great example of parody filmmaking, actually.

This is definitely a movie worth defending:

Maher is right in that ignorance of that magnitude—the celebration of ignorance—is often best combated by mocking its practitioners. Film, as it happens, is arguable the most effective means of doing so.
